Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NetWatch BD website and monitoring service (the "Service"), operated from Bangladesh. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NetWatch BD checks the IP addresses, websites and network ports you add, and sends you notifications by email, SMS and/or Telegram when their status changes. We also provide dashboards, incident history, status pages and reports.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the Service.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may only monitor systems that you own or are authorised to monitor. You must not use the Service to attack, overload, scan or harass any system or person, to break any law of Bangladesh, or to resell the Service without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Packages, payment and renewal

  • Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) on our Pricing section and include all features listed for that package.
  • A package is active for the number of days shown (normally 30 days) from activation. Packages do not renew automatically; you renew by making a new payment.
  • Payments made online are processed by our payment partner SSLCommerz. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Manual bKash / Nagad payments are activated after we verify the transaction.
  • SMS alerts are limited to the monthly quota of your package. Unused SMS do not carry over to the next month.

5. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. When the trial or a paid package expires, monitoring and alerts pause until you purchase a package. Your data is kept so you can continue later.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running 24/7, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Alerts depend on third-party networks (email providers, SMS gateways, Telegram) that are outside our control. The Service is a monitoring aid and does not replace your own backups, redundancy or support arrangements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetWatch BD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including missed or delayed alerts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or remain unpaid, after notice where reasonable.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
